For anyone using PyxRanch on a phone or an iPad. Questions about your own records start with your ranch. Anything about the app itself comes to us, here.

Your records live with your ranch
The ranch you work for holds your records and decides what is recorded. “What does it know about me” and “please correct this” start with your manager, and we help them answer. The app answers part of it on its own: Help, then “What this app knows about you”.
A few answers
- Pairing a phone
- Your manager gives you a pairing code from the ranch’s Paired phones page. A code lasts 15 minutes and works once, so if yours has run out, ask for a fresh one.
- A lost or replaced phone
- Your manager can revoke a phone on Paired phones. It stops working the next time that phone has signal. Pair the new phone with a new code.
- Unpairing
- In the app, under Help: Unpair this phone. What was already filed stays the ranch’s record.
- Location and notifications
- Change either at any time in the phone’s settings. The app records location only during a harvest shift, while a manager records a property line, and once when something is filed. There is no always-on tracking.
- What the app knows about you
- The app shows you itself, under Help: “What this app knows about you”. The full text is the privacy policy.
Reach a person
For anything about the app itself: something that will not pair, a screen that does not do what it says, a load that did not count. Say which ranch you are with and we will get to the right person.
